WHAT WE OFFER

Our activity of advising and marketing the appropriate products for ensuring the optimum operation of the production process mainly focuses on the production process of extraction of mineral resources in quarries and separations. With our products and services, we are already present in all major quarries and separations on the Slovenian and Croatian market, and partly on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The products are installed both in the primary part of mineral extraction (primary crushing), the secondary part (crushing, screening and conveyor transport), and in the finalization process. Most of our products are made of composite technical rubber and polyurethane of various hardness and properties. Rubber and polyurethane products can be used in all kind of bunkers, transfer points, chutes, in screening of different materials and ore, as wear product inside mills, slurry pumps, cleaning conveyor belts, etc. In the area of sizing mineral materials on the required fractions, we use screening surfaces made from rubber or polyurethane.

Screening media made from rubber or polyurethane, which can be adopted to all kind of screening machines, with different hook types, thicknesses and openings.

We offer a wide range of various special conveyor belts such as elevator, vertical, aramid, tap, temperature-resistant, oil-resistant, FDA.

Conveyor components

We offer a wide program of conveyor components for conveyor belt lines such as rollers, belt cleaners, dust protection, impact bars …

We offer also mill linings for grinding mills, valve and pipe technology, slurry pumps, slurry hoses, concrete mixer liners, PU scrapers for plows, PU spirals and PU products and custom-made products from rubber.

WEAR PROTECTION PRODUCTS

Depending on the purpose of the application, we divide products in three sections: improving the life span, increasing material flow and reducing noise (dB). To determine which product is appropriate for your production process, we need basic information of your workflow, such as, for example, the size and shape of the material (0-_mm), the capacity (t / h), the drop height (0-_m) and the fall of the material, and others.

TECHNICAL RUBBER

We offer technical RUBBER of different hardness’s: 40ShA, 60ShA and 65ShA. Wear products made of technical rubber are used primarily for the lining of primary bunkers, bunkers on mobile crushers, transfer stations, chutes and silos):

Rubber wear plates, hot vulcanized on 3-5mm steel plates
Rubber sheeting in a roll (of various dimensions, hardness and thickness)
Rubber mill linings for ball mills
Rubber linings for concrete mixers

POLYURETHAN

Wear products made of polyurethane are mainly used for lining of bunkers, transfer stations, chutes and silos. We use polyurethane of different hardness’s 70-90ShA. Polyurethane works very well everywhere where water and chemicals are present in the production process. The specialty of polyurethane is minimal friction:

CHERAMIC

Wear plates with ceramic inserts provide an excellent protection for loading stations, chutes, silos, transfer points and applications that are subject to heavy wear and noise. They are designed for resistance to abrasion especially for high flow and speeds of the material. Uniquely designed ceramic inserts improve lifetime on all gliding surfaces, in a zigzag pattern with a content of 90% ceramics, with a density of 3.54 and a hardness of 9 Mohs.

The standard plate dimensions are 250x250mm, 250x500mm and 500x500mm.

SCREENING MEDIA

We offer rubber or polyurethane screening media (surfaces) for all kind of screening processes. To determine which product is the most suitable for your production process, we need basic information of your workflow, such as size (0-_mm) and the type of material, capacity (t / h), which fraction should be screened, and which characteristic is most important for customer: the quantity (capacity) of the screened material or the lifetime of the screening media.

RUBBER SCREENING MEDIA

Depending on the purpose and type of the existing screening machine, we split the rubber screening media, into three groups: modular (segment) screens, panel reinforced self-supporting screens for sizing larger fractions, and screens with tensioners and vulcanized steel inserts. The main feature of the technical rubber screens is a long lifetime, the screens are self-cleaning, and easy to change.

Tension screens (with hooks) can be adapted to any screening machine, stationary or mobile, with a wide range of different types of tensioners. For fine screening we use a technical hardness of 40ShA hardness, while for more rough fractions we use a 60ShA hardness rubber, with different thicknesses and sizes

POLYURETHANE SCREENING MEDIA

Depending on the purpose and type of the existing screening machine, we divide the polyurethane screening surface into three groups: modular (segment) screens, panel reinforced self-supporting screens for sizing large fractions or dewatering, and screens with tensioners and built-in steel inserts. The main feature of the polyurethane screens is the long life-time, suitable for use in all places where the material is washed, for sizing fractions smaller than 1mm and easy to change.

CONVEYOR BELTS

Rubber conveyor belts are indispensable in every production process, when transporting or treating bulk materials. In company RIK d.o.o., within our product range, we took over representations for technically demanding conveyor belts. Together with our subcontractors, we can also offer a hot or cold splice service to the end user. Depending on the purpose of use, the conveyor belts are divided into vertical, horizontal and pipe conveyor belts.

VERTICAL CONVEYOR BELTS

for the transport of materials at an angle of 35°-90°:

Z-elevator belts (also known as “Flexowell”, “Sidewall”, “Maxoflex” etc.) of different widths and strengths, with a large set of reinforced sidewalls and reinforced cleats.
We can offer our customers hot vulcanized sidewalls and cleats on the vertical conveyor belt for a smooth working process. With hot vulcanized components, we can reliably guarantee the transport of hot materials up to 180 ° C.
Heat, fire, oil and fat resistant standard elevator belts

for transporting materials at an angle of 0 °-35 °:

Belts with U or V profiles (»escort« tapes)
